Terms of Service

Aerial Miami operates a marketplace that introduces clients to independent drone pilots. We are not a party to the agreement between a client and a pilot, and we do not supervise, direct or control flight operations.

Pilots listed on Aerial Miami are independent contractors. They are responsible for maintaining all licenses, certifications, insurance, authorizations and regulatory compliance required for their operations, including airspace authorizations.

Pricing, availability and turnaround shown on a pilot profile are supplied by that pilot and may change. Footage licensing is not transactable on the site yet — licensing enquiries are handled by email and no payment is taken online.

Aerial Miami is not a government certification authority and does not issue, verify or guarantee federal credentials.
