Aerial Miami operates a marketplace that introduces clients to independent drone pilots. We are not a party to the agreement between a client and a pilot, and we do not supervise, direct or control flight operations.

Pilots listed on Aerial Miami are independent contractors. They are responsible for maintaining all licenses, certifications, insurance, authorizations and regulatory compliance required for their operations, including airspace authorizations.
