Privacy Policy

We collect the information you submit through quote requests, pilot applications and your account: name, email, phone, project details and any content you choose to share.

Quote requests are shared with the pilots we match to your project. Pilot applications are reviewed internally and are not published until approved.

We record basic product analytics — page and video views, searches, favorites and form submissions — to improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Our hosting and security providers may log technical data such as IP addresses for fraud prevention, abuse and rate limiting. That data is kept private, is never shown on public pilot or customer profiles, and is retained only as long as needed for security purposes.

Reviews are only accepted from customers with a completed booking, and we publish the rating and comment only — never your email, phone number or address.

To request access to or deletion of your data, use the contact page.
